Awaji Island: Milk Bread on the Hill" was introduced on co・op station 6!

This is a specialty of the Uzu no Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum, which was created two years ago to convey the deliciousness of Awaji Island milk. The dough is made by steaming and baking a generous amount of meringue with Awajishima milk added, giving it a unique fluffy and soggy texture and a gentle, rich flavor.
There are a total of six varieties, including a simple "milk bread" and "Awajishima Coffee Milk Bread," each with milk cream or coffee milk cream sandwiched in between.

The number of pieces is limited, so get in line early to purchase them (available until around the end of June).

Milk bread and coffee milk bread are 550 yen each. Bread with cream, such as bittersweet coffee milk cream, is 600 yen each. The bread will be sold until around the end of June. After that, the store will be open for new products using Awaji Island milk.

When the weather is nice, it's nice to eat on the terrace while looking out at the ocean."

Cute storefront with an image of milk. You can also enjoy parfaits made with milk bread.
