Ebisu and Denjiro from @awaji_ningyoza came to visit us!
Inaugurated in 1964, the Awaji Puppet Theater inherited the tools and equipment of the Denjiro Yoshida Theater, which boasts a history of more than 260 years, and performs puppet joruri that has been passed down through generations of people's creativity and ingenuity.
In 1976, Awaji Ningyo Joruri was designated as a nationally important intangible folk cultural asset!
